What is Inpatient Rehabilitation?

Our inpatient rehab facility is designed to provide ongoing care for those patients who require extensive recovery from life-altering physical and neurological conditions.

Our goal is to provide our patients with the comprehensive treatment they need to make a healthy return back to their normal lives.

All of our physical therapy and occupational therapy programs are designed to help each patient and their families make healthy progress toward a full recovery.

Available Inpatient Rehabilitation Services

Through our comprehensive inpatient rehab program, patients are able to restore their physical and cognitive abilities through a combination of therapies and recovery techniques.

This includes the following conditions:

Stroke Recovery

The goal with stroke recovery through rehabilitation is to re-learn basic skills that were taken away.

This involves daily tasks like eating, getting dressed and learning how to walk again.

Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation

Successful rehabilitation from spinal cord injury often involves a multi-disciplinary approach and cohesive team work from your team of therapists and physicians.

Physical therapy for spinal cord injuries often involves functional rehabilitation and a focus on upper extremity functional restoration.

Physical Rehabilitation/Physical Therapy

Physical rehab and physical therapy help patients regain their physical functionality and improve their fitness level.

The goal with physical therapy is to make daily tasks and activities manageable again.

Occupational Rehabilitation/Occupational Therapy

The goal with our occupational therpay program is to help our patients achieve independence and to become productive again.

Our therapists use “occupations” or work, care and leisure to strengthen development and independence.

We also provide comprehensive and effective therapy for:

  • Lower Extremity Amputation
  • Multiple Trauma
  • Orthopaedic Injuries, Post-Surgical Repair
  • Hip Fractures
  • Neurological Diseases
